Craig earned the coveted CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNERTM designation (CFP®), as well as the Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC), and Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU) from The American College in Bryn Mawr, PA. He has served as President of the Greater Washington D.C. Chapter of the Society of Financial Service Professionals, as President of the Leaders Club of Washington, and has been designated a Life Member of the Million Dollar Round Table.
Craig has been recognized as a Forbes’ Best-in-State Wealth Advisor for 2020 and 2021. The Financial Times listed Craig in their listing of top 400 best financial advisers for 2020 and once again in 2020, he was a Five Star Wealth Manager award winner.
Craig, his wife Robin, recent empty nesters, reside in Vienna, Virginia. They enjoy visits from their three daughters: Alyson, a student at Georgetown University in the Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist curriculum; Dana, an account manager at Insight Global, LLC; and Natalie, a Product Manager at BlackRock in New York City. An avid supporter of charitable giving, Craig is on the board of the THANC (Thyroid, Head, and Neck Cancer) Foundation. He ran the Boston Marathon the last 8 years, and most recently in 2019 in support of 261 Fearless, an organization whose mission is to use running as a vehicle to empower and unite women through the creation of local running clubs, education programs, and social running events.
Originally from New London, Connecticut, Craig is an avid runner, biker, triathlete, skier and adventure traveler. Craig and Robin are tandem bikers. They have ridden across Iowa with RAGBRAI 2016 and in 2018 rode from Jerusalem to Eilat with Israel Ride on their tandem in support of the Arava Institute for Environmental Studies and Hazon through the Jewish National Fund.
